Today we arrive for a meeting with a potential funder we’ve been talking to since last October. Before we enter the lobby I get a return call from another potential funder that I’ve been hounding for three days, why does this always happen? I pick up the call, did I say this funder is three times bigger than the funder we’re meeting with, and we talk.

A week ago we had a big meeting with a potential funder, we’re all set, in the car we’re going over strategy as we approach their offices we get a call, the meeting has been canceled. They want to setup an alternative meeting, a month from now, I was bummed out.
